CALL TO ORDER: President Gary Everts called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m.

The February 1 1, 2017 Bear Bluff ATV Club Meeting Minutes were distributed, and read by the Secretary.
MOTION by Laura Daniells to approve the February I l, 2017 Bear Bluff ATV Club Meeting Minutes. Second by Bernard “Benny” Tysdal. Motion Carried Unanimously.
Treasurer went over the Club’s financial activity.
MOTION by Dave Chojnacki to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Second by Tom Stephens. Motion Carried Unanimously.
JCAC (Joint Counties ATV Council) mentioned at the meeting that Wilton and Ontario are open. City of Tomah DID NOT approve route, but is being taken back to the meeting as did not follow procedure. County Road H is open from State Highway 21 to Eisfieldt Road. Woodland is Sauk County is open.
NOTE: Please confirm and check to make sure everything has signs before riding on these routes/trails.
There are about 10 clubs involved with a Summer long poker run åtndraiser. There will be roughly 90 stops. It will start in May and end September 3, 2017 at Ship Wreak. The books will be $10.00 each.
BBA C Elections:
Next month is elections for Vice President, Secretary, and Sergeants of Arms. The meeting is April 8, 2017. Also, by-laws need to be reviewed.
The family of Clayton Deer would like to have a memorial ride. The ride would leave from Back Waters and go to about six of his favorite stops, and then go back to Back Waters for a meal. The family is still working out details and hope to have something by next meeting.
Each member was given a chance to express their thoughts about moving the meetings from location to location. After all the discussion was through, it was decided to keep the meetings at Eagles Nest, have fewer meetings, and move the Christmas Party from venue to venue. A survey for this year’s Christmas Party will be sent with the 2017 Membership Forms.
There were no other announcements.
The Club had the 50/50 raffle. Everyone who wanted to participate paid $2.00. The winner was Tim Dailey. Tim gave his winnings to the Club. Thank you Tim!
MOTION by Rick Shisler to adjourn the meeting. Second by Tom Stephens. Motion Carried Unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 10:34 a.m.
Next meeting will be Saturday. April 8, 2017 at 11a.m. at Eagles Nest Resort.
